Our Mission

Volun-Tour Laos aims to deliver valuable, essential and sustainable project work to rural communities. Through volunteer service programs we aim to provide our volunteers engaging experiences through hard work and cultural exchange.

for the communities...

Nam Gha, school handover (April 2014).

Our mission is to assist communities in gaining essential needs. We consider these primarily to be access to running water, decent sanitation facilities and suitable and sufficient access to education.

This is our three-pronged approach. Water, Sanitation and Education. With these basic levels of infrastructure available, combined with our workshops and support, then we believe communities can develop sustainably and independently.
for our volunteers...

Our mission with volunteers is to get them involved in high value and essential project work. We want to engage our volunteers to focus on the integrity of the project,.

Our volunteers take part in a project that will have true longevity in the community. Hard work is important,  but we also focus on getting volunteers a cultural exchange. Giving them a sense of living within the community rather than on the side.
