Our Project 2017-2020
VTL’s 2017 - 2020 Project Program Outline
Keeping in line with our program service models we hope to retain and maintain the following initiatives.
1.Alleviate the total cost of the project to single donor supporters, using such grants and funding as seed money to upstart multiple projects in multiple villages.
2.With the above seed funding support VTL will incorporate our volunteer tour program services so we can seek supplemental funding support from our volunteers and thru their service fees allocate percentage of these fees towards the project and into the communities thru the services they would provide for our volunteer donors.
3.Thus with village service provided, service fee is gained by the villagers and under the VTL CDP service programs this earning is put back towards the project adding additional contribution from the community
4.Help VTL self sustain its operation by generating service fee incomes to cover daily operations and be less reliant on applied fees towards the donated funding.
2017 thru 2020 project outline is derived from initial submission by the respective District Planning and Development sectors and actual initial survey undertaken by VTL and the respective District and provincial sectors. VTL will need to re-undertake these survey and workshop sessions of each village to ensure project program criteria are met within each community and implementation is accepted and approved by the respective District and Provincial sectors. As of our last survey each listed community has some knowledgable perspective of what our programs entails.
Each project undertaken is in line with VTL’s overall business development goals for the respective District and region. VTL is reliant on the success our program in each previous villages in order to upstart future projects in surrounding area and regions, “success comes by word of mouth and actions of others that have tested, embraced and modeled those given concepts”
The following are villages and projects are activities that VTL will be seeking to initiate and incorporate its CDP Program Service Tours and are seeking funding to help support these initiatives.
The order of the listing of the villages are not of prudent to priority of the project or village over the other villages. VTL along with District officials will choose villages based on district planning and available resources allocated from the province and the state. In part villagers are chosen on availability of natural resource support towards the project and also the willingness of the community to incorporate our program initiatives.
*Some of the villages listed below are in the 2nd phase of VTL’s CDP initiatives and some are **new village community that are incorporating our approach for the first time.
